To use Sideline you must:

- Not be an employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of Hayes Group LLC
- Have a valid email address and provide accurate registration information
Void where prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participation in Sideline is lawful in your jurisdiction. Sideline is not available in jurisdictions where sweepstakes promotions are restricted or prohibited. By using the Platform you represent that such participation is legal where you are located.
3. The Sideline Platform
Sideline is a social sportsbook and social gaming entertainment platform. Users make picks on real sporting events using virtual currency. Unlike traditional sportsbooks, Sideline does not accept real-money wagers and operates as a sweepstakes promotion under applicable US law. Sideline is not a gambling platform, casino, or real-money wagering service. This website and the services provided herein do not offer real-money gambling. No actual money is required to play, and the service is intended for entertainment purposes only.
4. Virtual Currency
Gold Coins (GC)
Gold Coins are virtual currency used for entertainment play on the Platform. Gold Coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for prizes, cash, or any other item of value. Gold Coins may be purchased or obtained for free.
Sweep Coins (SC)
Sweep Coins are promotional currency that can be redeemed for cash prizes subject to eligibility requirements. Sweep Coins are always available free of charge through our daily bonus program and mail-in entry method. No purchase is ever necessary to receive Sweep Coins.
When Gold Coin packages are purchased, Sweep Coins may be included as a complimentary promotional bonus gift. The purchase price is for Gold Coins only — Sweep Coins are provided at no additional cost as a bonus.
5. How to Obtain Free Sweep Coins
No Purchase Necessary: You can obtain Sweep Coins completely free through:
- Daily Login Bonus: Log in to your Sideline account each day. If your Sweep Coin balance is zero and you have no open picks, you will automatically receive 1 free Sweep Coin.
- Mail-In Entry: Send a handwritten request including your full name, email address, username, and return address to: Hayes Group LLC, Attn: Sweepstakes Entry, [Address]. One free Sweep Coin will be awarded per mail-in request, limit one per household per day.
- Promotional Bonuses: From time to time, Sideline may award bonus Sweep Coins through special promotions, referral programs, or other activities at our discretion.
6. Sweep Coin Redemption
Sweep Coins may be redeemed for cash prizes subject to the following requirements:
- Minimum balance of 50 SC for Sweep Coins earned through free bonuses
- Minimum balance of $1.00 SC for Sweep Coins earned through purchases
- All Sweep Coins must be played through at least once before redemption
- Account must be in good standing with completed identity verification (KYC)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Redemptions are subject to review and may take up to 5 business days to process
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Create multiple accounts to obtain additional free Sweep Coins
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform
- Attempt to manipulate, hack, or exploit the Platform
- Use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age
- Collude with other users to gain an unfair advantage
- Provide false or misleading information during registration or verification
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
8. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the sweepstakes program. Upon termination, any Gold Coins are forfeited. Legitimately earned Sweep Coins meeting redemption requirements will be honored within 30 days.
8A. Dormant Accounts
An account is considered Dormant if there has been no pick activity or login for a consecutive period of 60 days. Upon an account becoming Dormant:
- Gold Coins will automatically expire and be forfeited
- Sweep Coins with a balance meeting minimum redemption requirements will be held for 30 days before expiring
- You may reactivate your account by contacting support@playsideline.app
We reserve the right to close Dormant accounts at our sole discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before closing a Dormant account.
9. Disclaimers
Sideline strives to provide the best possible experience with real-time odds and reliable platform performance. While we work hard to ensure accuracy and uptime, the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific outcomes. All picks on Sideline are entertainment-based sweepstakes entries. THE SERVICES, IN WHOLE AND IN PART, ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hayes Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
10A. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
You and Hayes Group LLC agree that any past, pending, or future dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of Sideline, these Terms, or any transaction with us shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis only. You may not proceed as a class representative, member or part of any proposed class action, collective action, or mass arbitration.
Arbitration means you will not be able to seek damages in court or present your case to a jury.
Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in Delaware or, at your election, telephonically. The arbitrator may award any relief that would be available in an individual court proceeding.
Opt-Out: If you do not wish to be bound by this arbitration agreement, you must notify us in writing within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@playsideline.app with subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and including your full name, username, and a statement that you wish to opt out. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
