Official Sweepstakes Rules

1. Sponsor

2. Overview

Sideline is a free-to-play sweepstakes entertainment platform where participants can earn Sweep Coins (SC) and redeem them for cash prizes. Sweep Coins can be obtained completely free of charge through multiple methods described below. No purchase is necessary to participate.

3. How to Get Sweep Coins — Free Methods

You never need to spend money to earn Sweep Coins on Sideline. Here are all the ways to get SC for free:

🎁 Daily Login Bonus

Log in to your Sideline account each day. If your SC balance is 0 and you have no open picks, you automatically receive 1 free SC. No purchase needed, ever.

✉️ Mail-In Entry

Send a handwritten request with your name, email, and username to our address. Receive 1 free SC per request. Limit 1 per household per day. No purchase required.

🏆 Win with Picks

Make picks on real games using your SC balance. Win picks and your SC balance grows. Your winnings are yours to keep and redeem.

🎉 Bonus Promotions

Sideline occasionally runs special promotions that award bonus SC. Watch for announcements via email and in the platform.

Optional Purchases: Players may choose to purchase Gold Coin packages for entertainment play. When purchasing Gold Coins, Sweep Coins are included as a complimentary bonus gift at no additional charge. The purchase price covers Gold Coins only. Purchasing does NOT give you more chances of winning than the free entry methods.

4. Mail-In Entry Instructions

To receive free Sweep Coins by mail, send a handwritten request (no photocopies or computer-printed entries accepted) that includes:

Your full legal name
Your Sideline username
Your email address registered with Sideline
Your return mailing address
A statement: "I request one free Sweep Coin entry"

Mail to: Hayes Group LLC, Attn: Free SC Entry, [Address TBD], Texas

Limit: One mail-in entry per person per day. Allow 7-10 business days for processing. Mail-in entries will be credited to your Sideline account.

5. Eligibility

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be a legal resident of an eligible US state
One account per person — duplicate accounts will be disqualified
Employees of Hayes Group LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible

Void where prohibited by law. It is the sole responsibility of each participant to determine whether participation is lawful in their jurisdiction before entering. Sideline does not make any representations regarding the legality of participation in any specific jurisdiction. Participation from jurisdictions where sweepstakes promotions are restricted or prohibited is not permitted. This determination may change as laws evolve.

6. Sweep Coin Value and Redemption

Sweep Coins have a redemption value of $1.00 USD per 1 SC when redeemed for cash prizes.

Redemption Requirements

Minimum balance — Promo SC: 50 SC minimum to redeem Sweep Coins earned through free daily bonuses or mail-in entry
Minimum balance — Purchased SC: $1.00 minimum to redeem Sweep Coins received as bonus with Gold Coin purchases
Play-through requirement: All Sweep Coins must be wagered at least once before redemption
Identity verification: Full KYC verification required before first redemption
Account standing: Account must be in good standing with no violations

Redemption Process

Navigate to your Account page and click "Redeem SC for Cash"
Complete identity verification if not already done
Select your redemption amount
Choose your payout method (bank transfer, debit card, etc.)
Redemption processed within 1-5 business days

7. Gold Coins

Gold Coins are virtual entertainment currency with absolutely no cash value. Gold Coins cannot be redeemed for prizes, cash, or anything of value. Gold Coins are used solely for entertainment play on the Sideline platform. Gold Coins are not transferable between accounts.

8. Odds and Picks

Sideline displays real sports odds sourced from licensed bookmakers for entertainment reference purposes. Picks made on Sideline are sweepstakes entries, not real-money wagers. All picks are subject to settlement based on actual game results. Sideline reserves the right to void picks in cases of data errors, game cancellations, or other extraordinary circumstances.

9. Responsible Play

Sideline encourages responsible play. If you feel you may have a problem with excessive play, please contact the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-522-4700 or visit ncpgambling.org. You may also self-exclude from Sideline by contacting support@playsideline.app.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this sweepstakes will be used only to administer the sweepstakes and as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

11. Disputes

All decisions by Sponsor regarding these rules and the sweepstakes are final and binding. Any disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

12. Modifications

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this sweepstakes at any time with notice to participants. In the event of termination, all legitimately earned and unredeemed Sweep Coins meeting minimum requirements will be honored for 30 days.
